By creating an account or using sportsoracle.uk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What SportsOracle is

SportsOracle publishes statistical analysis and model-based picks for football, tennis, hockey and basketball. It is an information and analysis service only. We do not accept bets, we do not hold money for betting, we are not a bookmaker, and we are not connected to any bookmaker.

2. No guarantee, no advice

Picks are probabilities from statistical models. They can be wrong. Past results do not guarantee future results. Nothing on the site is financial, betting or investment advice. You alone are responsible for any decision you make, any bet you place and any loss that follows. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age in your country, and you must follow the laws that apply to you. If betting is causing you harm, please stop and seek help.

3. Your account

Give us a correct name and email and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; do not share it.

4. Free trial and subscription

• New accounts get 7 days of free access to all features.
• After the trial, the Top Picks section needs a paid subscription of ₦10,000 per month. Other parts of the site, such as the sport pages, may stay free; we may change what is included and will tell you before a change affects a month you have paid for.
• The subscription is charged by card through Paystack and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time under Account, then Stop renewing. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again.
• If we change the price, we will give at least 30 days' notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that.
• Refunds are described in the refund policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details. We keep a record of the amount, date and reference of each payment.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish our picks or data in bulk, share your login, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Our content

The site, its models, text and design belong to SportsOracle. You may use the content for your own personal use only.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the site running and the data accurate, but it is provided as it is. Data comes from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. The service can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

9. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, SportsOracle is not liable for any loss from using the site, including betting losses and indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
