Refund and cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every new account gets 7 days of free access to all features, so you can see what the service offers before any payment.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time: sign in, open Account, and press Stop renewing. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

When we refund

The subscription (₦10,000 per month) gives immediate access to digital content, so we do not refund a month that has already been used, or because picks did not win. We do refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same month;
• you were charged after you had cancelled before the renewal date;
• you paid but access was not activated and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.

How to ask

Email contact@sportsoracle.uk within 7 days of the charge. Give the email on your account and the Paystack reference from your receipt. We will reply with our decision. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Paystack, and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can solve it faster.
